Beginners (Level 1)
This is our 5-week Beginner's Salsa on 2 course. This class is progressive meaning each class builds upon the previous as we move from week to week. Class is open to new and transitioning dancers (on1 to on2). The in-depth class breaks down techniques that will help any dancer grow. This would be a great class for anyone who has never danced salsa before and newer dancers looking to practice basic techniques and review their fundamentals.
Advanced Beginners (Level 2)
This is our 5-week advanced beginner’s course. This class is a direct continuation of what was learned in the level 1 course. You must have passed our level 1 beginner course to take this class. We will begin class with basic step practice and technique, adding layers of styling and body movement. The second half of the class features a partner-work pattern geared toward social dancing. The class is comprehensive and breaks down techniques that will help any dancer grow.
Intermediate (level 3)
This is our weekly Intermediate salsa on2 class. This class is a direct continuation of what was learned in the level 1 and level 2 courses. You must have passed both our level 1 and 2 beginner courses to take this class. We will begin class with a warm-up of shines learned in the previous levels while adding styling and body movement layers. The second half of the class features a partner-work pattern geared toward social dancing. The comprehensive class breaks down techniques that will help any dancer grow.
Spinning Technique and Partnerwork (Level 4)
Class is open to Intermediate / Advanced dancers. The class is very thorough in the breakdown of techniques involved with spinning and turning both as a solo dancer and in the context of partner work. The class is geared toward improving both leads and follow abilities to execute spins and turns as it pertains to the social dancing floor.
Class is open to Intermediate - Advanced dancers (having prior dance experience is required). These specialized workshops will focus on varying advanced concepts in both footwork and partner work. Class will be thorough in the breakdown of concepts while still maintaining a fast pace to challenge even the most experienced of dancers.
